Happy Saturday! It’s time once more for another episode to drop. Episode 186: The Future of Fan Cons, is now up and running.
Amber and Val discuss what changes are coming to fan conventions. What will remain the same. And where we hope cons are going. It’s a big topic and not much time to talk about it, so let’s get to it!
Episode 185 is now live! Val discusses the Kotaku article covering a new cosplay concept: SClass – a premier cosplay event with upscale photo sets and a pay-to-join after party. How is cosplay changing at conventions? Is it moving outside of the con walls to explore new opportunities?
Big thank you to our audience for joining in on this episode!
We are back and we had a blast! ALL-CON is always a busy time for us, but for our 5th year we couldn’t be more excited at the outcome! Thank you again to all of the cosplayers that participated, for our judging team, the audience, our staff, and ALL-CON staff for making this a memorable experience.

Our latest episode is up and running. This week we speak with
Trickssi, Founder/Editor-in-Chief of the Cosplayer Survivor Support Network (CSSN), regarding harassment at cons.
This year, more issues behind the scenes with staff, guests, and con attendees is bringing to light the problem with harassment. More people are speaking out against it. It’s import for everyone to acknowledge the issue, discuss it, and find ways to make the community safer for everyone.
This is a heavier episode than our usual fair, but CosPod would be doing a disservice to our listeners and the community by not covering it.
